Eric Freeman

Eric "El Cubanito" Freeman is an internationally recognized salsa instructor and videographer. Based in Colorado, he has taught salsa in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Eric's 11 salsa videos have sold over 15,000 copies in 75 countries.
Although Eric loves to mix all the major salsa styles-NY, LA, Cumbia, and Cuban-his heart lies with Cuban style. Thus, his nickname: "El Cubanito." In 1999, he produced the world's first advanced-level salsa video, "Cool Moves Revealed", in partnership with Edie, "The Salsa Freak." He then went on to release two more highly-popular video titles: "Hot Moves for the Salsa Addict", four volumes of his own original NY/LA style combinations (with a few Cuban moves mixed in); and the six-volume series "¡Salsa a la Cubana!", featuring pure casino-style salsa filmed entirely in Cuba.

Eric's specializes in teaching students how to integrate different salsa styles into their dance repertoire. His dance patterns are always leadable, followable, and very usable for dancing salsa anytime and anywhere.
