This DVD takes us to a tropical-looking resort where Marcelo, a tall guy of surprising agility and grace, given his size and two female helpers take us through an aerobic routine of fairly unusual inspiration: together with obviously Afro and Brazilian moves, there are yoga inspired motions and stretches and other moves whose fluidity reminds me of Indian or South-East Asian traditions. The exercises are carried out at the rhythm of a modern, westernised Brazilian tune, the dancers are good, the pace not too fast and the atmosphere pleasant.. why not?
